I assist on FOH and bar this week and get a look at how things are run

Official opening night on the 11th. influencers and press night.

I start doing a lot of bar work which build my confidence and create connections with the manager on site. Everyone on site is highly talented and really accommodating. It’s a diverse group of people and I’ve never felt more accepted in my trans identity within a workplace environment.
